Dear Colleague,
Performance-related pay survey: participate now
As you may know, IRS Pay and Benefits Bulletin, the UK's leading online reward journal, is researching individual performance-related pay, otherwise known as merit pay.
Here are three good reasons to take part:
- The survey will provide you with the latest information on performance-related pay
- It is easy to complete and will take no more than 10 minutes
- You will receive a free copy of the research report which will provide:
- A practical guide to performance-related pay and how today's employers use it;
- A look at the benefits and pitfalls of paying for performance; and
- Insights into what is happening to performance-based reward in the current economic climate.
Don't delay, the survey closes on Friday 10 July 2009.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this research.
Thank you for your help.
