Performance-Related Pay Survey

Dear Colleague,

Paying for performance

IRS Pay and Benefits Bulletin, the UK's leading online reward journal, is now conducting a survey on individual performance-related pay, otherwise known as merit pay.

In the current economic climate, spending every penny of the paybill effectively is more important than ever. But many organisations are struggling to reward good performance when times are tight.

Completing this brief named practice survey will entitle you to a free copy of the report, containing:

•  A practical guide to performance-related pay and how today's employers use it;
•  The benefits and pitfalls of paying for performance; and
•  Insights into what is happening to performance-based reward in the current economic climate.

We hope that you will be able to take part in our research. However, if you are not the most appropriate person to do so, please forward this email to them. The closing date for this survey is 10 July 2009.

Please contact me, Sarah Welfare, by email or phone (direct line) 020 8652 2249 if you have any questions regarding this research.

Thank you for your help.
