Improving equal opportunities in recruitment
Dear Colleague,
IRS is currently undertaking research into how organisations are improving equal opportunities during recruitment and selection.
The topic that we are currently researching relates to equal opportunities in recruitment and selection, and how organisations encourage diversity in recruitment, as well as complying with equalities legislation.
We would be very grateful if you could take part, or could forward this invitation to a colleague if they are more centrally involved in the issues described above. The survey closes on Friday 17th July 2009.
We guarantee your anonymity. Your name or organisation will not be passed on to others, not used for marketing and not published in the report of our findings. If you have any queries about this research, please do not hesitate to call me on 0208 652 2255 (direct line) or email. Or, if you are experiencing any difficulties accessing or completing the survey then please contact Katey Ward on 020 8652 2246 (direct line) or email.
